**The Role**

**Key Accountabilities**

Regulatory Compliance and Policy & Process Management
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulating and funding bodies -Conduct and lead regular internal audits, managing audit response plans and prepare for external audits and reviews - Maintain and update the organisation’s scope of registration - Develop, review, and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance documentation - Ensure all training and assessment strategies (TAS) are compliant, up to date and reflective of practises - Coordinate validation and moderation activities - Identify and mitigate compliance risks

Systems & Data Integrity
- Manage student records and reporting through aXcelerate - Ensure accurate AVETMISS data collection and submission - Monitor and report on compliance KPIs and improvement plans

Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise and mentor compliance and administrative staff - Provide training and support to other staff on compliance matters - Contribute to the Management Team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

**Requirements for the Role**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in RTO compliance
- Strong knowledge of ASQA, The 2025 Standards and state funding regulations
- Experience with aXcelerate
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
