**The Opportunity**:
Represent TREND Windows and Doors as a leader in the global building products industry and be responsible for the overall management of the Victoria & Tasmania Business Units.

You will manage, influence, and lead the business units over 2 locations, The premises are an operational manufacturing plant and showrooms, with just over 100 employees across the business. You will plan, implement, and control the business strategies and activities, to achieve the safety, people, customer, and performance targets for the group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Operational Excellence -** Manage the business unit so that the operations perform both safely and efficiently with a constant drive for improved productivity to improve overall return on investment.
- ** Leadership -** You will develop, implement, and execute the strategy to deliver the overall business, people, and performance targets, through the business unit leadership teams.
- ** People, Culture and Engagement -** Build and execute engagement strategies that make Trend Windows and Doors a place where people want to work and contribute to our premier performing culture.
- ** Customer Service -** Continually strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance.
- ** Sales and Marketing -** Manage the sales operations by developing and implementing the business unit strategic sales plan whilst enhancing Trend Windows & Doors through a values-based consultative sales performance culture.
- ** Business Development -** Continuously improve the business in line with the group's strategic initiatives.
- ** Systems and Controls -** Safeguard the company's financial and physical assets in compliance with our group policies and procedures.
- ** Personal Development -** Continue to grow and develop as a leader through our Leadership model.
