**About the Role**:
You will work closely with the SHEIKE internal IT team, project stakeholders, and external vendors. Your duties will involve
- Design, implement and maintain our integrations between various software platforms
- Integrate system solutions with 3rd party ICT Platforms
- Provide LV2/LV3 technical escalation
- Support and deliver ICT projects and ICT managed services.
- Create technical and user documentation including design architecture documents, systems diagrams, testing plans and service documentation.
- Build and manage long term relationships with vendors.
- Provide support and maintenance to internal systems
- Aid in the harvesting and analysis of data from the various ICT systems to provide internal reports.

**Technologies you will support**:

- Administration and Implementation of Windows Server
- Administration and Implementation of Linux based operating system
- Programming and Scripting Language (PowerShell, Bash, PHP, JavaScript, C#, SSIS and SSRS)
- Network Technology (Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, Wireless Networks)
- SQL Database Systems (MSSQL, MySQL)
- Cloud Computing Technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
