**ICT Support Technician - Full Time | $76,550 - $80,000 + Super**

Are you passionate about IT and love helping people solve tech problems? 1001 Optometry is looking for a proactive and organised ICT Support Technician to join our Head Office team.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day - from resolving tech issues to improving systems and keeping our stores running smoothly.

**About the Role**

As our ICT Support Technician, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for technical support across our network
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, internet, printers, POS and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workplace
- Assist with user setup, configuration, permissions, and IT onboarding
- Maintain IT asset registers and ensure system reliability
- Optimize the performance and utilization of software and hardware resources
- Liaise with external vendors and contribute to ICT improvement projects

**What We’re Looking For**
- A minimum of an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (or overseas equivalent) in a relevant ICT field is required
- 1-2 years' experience in an ICT support role (retail or healthcare environment desirable)
- Strong experience with Office 365 and Google Workplace troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Any experience with Optomate or other optometry software is a big plus
- Someone organised, calm under pressure, and always willing to help
