**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our face-to-face fundraising efforts and lead a team toward achieving ambitious targets. In this role, you will develop and oversee strategic campaigns, manage public image, and promote brand loyalty for both Black Classic and our partner organizations. If you have strong experience in direct sales and fundraising and are ready to lead impactful campaigns, this position is a unique opportunity to combine your leadership skills with your passion for social impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement face-to-face sales strategies, setting sales targets to grow supporter engagement and maximize customer loyalty.
- Design and oversee promotional campaigns to expand outreach and awareness of our clients’ missions and services.
- Build and maintain Black Classic’s positive brand image, managing public relations efforts to support client and community relationships.
- Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training to enhance face-to-face engagement and sales success.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field, or five years of relevant experience in direct marketing and fundraising.
- Proven expertise in face-to-face sales and a track record in managing marketing and sales activities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive and inspire a team.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
