**About Us**

TheAd is a creative digital agency specialising in custom web design, development, digital asset management, and content creation. We work with a wide range of clients across Australia, helping them bring their brands to life online with sharp visuals and smart digital strategies.

We’re now looking for a passionate and organised individual to join our team as a **Digital Projects & Marketing Manager** — someone with strong communication skills, a basic understanding of the creative/digital industry, and the motivation to grow with us long term.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication
- Coordinate ongoing digital projects and creative campaigns
- Manage client social media accounts and schedule content
- Receive and process client requests and briefings
- Organise commercial photoshoots and creative assets
- Report on project progress and deliver monthly client updates
- Work closely with designers, developers, and content creators
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

**Who You Are**
- Strong communicator with a professional and friendly tone
- Experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or client-facing roles
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Understands the basics of digital marketing and web development
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced creative environment
- Looking for a flexible yet long-term role in a growing business

Pay: $68,335.32 - $139,461.40 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
