We’re currently seeking a **Marketing Manager**to join our passionate and dynamic team.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing efforts across digital, social, on‑campus channels—and drive analytics-led performance. Fashion or education marketing experience is preferred but not essential.

**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Campaign Leadership**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with enrolment and brand growth objectives
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and identify new opportunities

**Digital Marketing & Performance**
- Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and retargeting campaigns
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar CRM/automation tools
- Report on marketing KPIs and ROI to the wider campus team.

**Content Creation & Community Engagement**
- Manage and grow Orana’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with Orana’s tone of voice, visual identity, and brand values
- Manage EDMs: building, testing, scheduling campaigns—tracking performance and optimizing.
- Oversee website updates to ensure accuracy of course and event information.
- Source, brief, and manage content from students, alumni, and industry partners; maintain relevancy via trend monitoring.

**Brand Management & Asset Oversight**
- Oversee development and management of collateral—brochures, course guides, event flyers—ensuring branding consistency.
- Work closely with admissions and leadership team to ensure alignment across departments
- Foster and manage strategic industry partnerships to enhance brand positioning and support student internship pathways

**Events & Campus Engagement**
- Lead the promotion and organisation of open days, industry events, and student features
- Work closely with team to align marketing with recruitment objectives and event attendance targets.

**About You**
- 5+ years in marketing or communications, ideally in fashion, retail or education—but transferable experience is welcome.
- Solid analytics/data‑tracking skills (Google Analytics, CRM, automation tools).
- Strong written and visual communication skills; familiarity with video editing tools.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and deadline-focused.
- Creative flair, passion for fashion or creative industries (preferred).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
