We’re currently seeking an outgoing **Marketing Coordinator** to join our passionate and dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to build hands-on experience in fashion education marketing within a supportive, creative environment.

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on role perfect for a marketing assistant ready to take the next step in their career in the exciting world of fashion and education.
- Update website content and ensure accuracy across course and event pages
- Support student recruitment campaigns through digital advertising and remarketing coordination
- Create and manage paid social media ads across platforms to drive awareness and conversions

**Social Media & Content Creation**
- Collaborate on and schedule the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Source, brief, and manage content from students, alumni and industry partners
- Monitor trends in fashion education and student content to keep our channels fresh and relevant
- Engage with the Orana community online and help foster a vibrant digital presence

**Campus & Events Support**
- Assist in the promotion and coordination of college open days and industry events
- Work with the sales teams to align marketing efforts with enrolment goals
- Organise photography and video shoots for campus life, student features, and classroom content

**Brand & Asset Management**
- Maintain an organised library of marketing collateral including brochures, course guides, and event flyers
- Ensure all content and communications reflect the Orana brand tone and visual identity
- Establish and maintain industry partnerships to support marketing initiatives and student internship programs

**About You**
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Strong written and visual communication skills
- Confident in utilising video editing tools
- Well-organised with an eye for detail and a love for staying on top of deadlines

Bonus: Passion for fashion or creative industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
