**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As the Hospitality Team Leader you will ensure that the food and beverage service to our residents within the Ningana residential facility operates efficiently and effectively. You will lead your team through the meal service including basic food preparation, meal deliveries, temperature checks and adherence to food services checklists. This role is full time based in Bentley. There is a requirement for flexibility with your working hours including weekends and evenings.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience working in a similar role within Aged Care
- Working knowledge of the Food Safety (HACCP) guidelines and regulations in relation to food preparation and quality food and beverage service practices
- Demonstrated strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a food service environment
- Commitment to excellence in customer service
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Clearance
