**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Social Engagement Team Leader (Activities / Lifestyles) will develop and provide programs to maintain the overall health and wellness of residents. This includes developing a sense of wellness in our community where our residents can enjoy socialising and interacting with each other.

**Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Developing and providing Health and Wellness lifestyle programs and enhancing residents' sense of independence, social engagement, mobility and creativity
- Building and maintaining positive family / resident relationships
- Creating programs that focus on the cultural needs and individual preferences of residents
- Promoting the independence and dignity of residents
- Preparing and management of weekly, monthly and annual planners

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Health and Leisure Services
- Previous experience in the development and delivery of lifestyle programs in a residential setting
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Current First Aid Certificate
