**Helping shape and promote our corporate image and stakeholder engagement**
We are searching for an eager Corporate Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Adviser to join Horizon Power’s Corporate Affairs and Communications team.

This position will play a key role in helping to drive business outcomes through the proactive positioning of Horizon Power’s corporate reputation and through contributing to its strategic stakeholder engagement.

**Your new role will**:

- Manage, drive and deliver Horizon Power’s core corporate publications including its Annual Report, Statement of Expectations, Annual Performance Statement and others as required by the business.
- Manage the organisation’s external speaking engagement efforts to build and maintain Horizon Power’s reputation as a thought leader in the fast-paced energy space, including developing briefing material, corporate presentations and speaking points for key leaders.
- Contribute to and support Horizon Power’s strategic stakeholder engagement, including through developing relevant strategies and stakeholder mapping processes.
- Engage with, and provide strategic direction to, all divisions to shape communications to align to a high performing organisation and contribute to the development of desired business outcomes.
- Partner and develop strong relationships with executives and senior leaders to support content development for corporate communications to align with the Employee Experience and Reputation divisional strategy.
- Support the Corporate Affairs and Communications team and Employee Experience and Reputation Division to protect and enhance Horizon Power’s reputation and to deliver on the strategic purpose and goals.

**Our new Corporate Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Adviser will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, or related disciplines or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in developing corporate publications and managing stakeholder engagement programs.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a hierarchy of multiple stakeholders with different drivers and objectives.
- Innovative and creative thinking, with knowledge of best practice and leading-edge communication and engagement strategies, tactics and tools.
