RAC Auto Services is seeking an accomplished Team Leader to step into a Workshop Team Leader position at our Bentley facility. This pivotal role involves leading a high-performing technical team in a supportive, well-equipped environment that prioritizes professional growth and development.

- Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will lead a team comprising one senior technician, five technicians, and four apprentices. Your primary responsibilities include:

Workshop Coordination
- Oversee daily operations, manage job allocations, and monitor workflow efficiency
- Conduct fault diagnostics and ensure quality control checks on completed work
- Review vehicle safety reports to maintain consistent, high-quality standards
- Technical Support
- Perform vehicle servicing and repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and RAC regulatory requirements
- Inventory & Parts Management
- Oversee end-to-end stock control and parts processes
- Manage cost-effective inventory practices that optimize workshop operations
- Qualifications & Experience
- Automotive Trade Qualification
Recognized certification in Automotive Trade
- Licenses & Permits
Minimum C-Class Driver’s License and Motor Vehicle Repairer’s License
- Technical Proficiency
Strong mechanical servicing and fault diagnostic skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse technical team
