**Food Production Team Leader (Food Manufacturing)**
- Monday to Friday - 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Leading to Full Time position
- Located in Bentley

Atmos Production Pty Ltd is a WA family owned and operated food manufacturer and located in Bentley. An opportunity has arisen for a Food Production Team Leader to join our growing team, working between 6:30 am-3:00pm Monday to Friday. This is a Full Time position, so ideal applicants will have experience in a high volume, food manufacturing environment.

**THE ROLE**:
Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, will see you responsible for working on our factory floor, packing stock and delivery driving between our two factory locations. Duties include (but not limited to):

- Prepare, portion cut and pack fresh & cooked poultry and proteins
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment and facilities
- Lifting and handling up to 25kgs of ingredients and equipment
- Operate a forklift loading/unloading orders throughout the day (Forklift Ticket Required)
- Delivery of orders between our two manufacturing facilities with our company truck (C-Class Manual Drivers Licence Required)
- Ensuring compliance to Food Safety & HACCP principles such as sanitation standards and maintaining proper temperatures.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Valid C- Class Manual Drivers Licence - essential
- Valid Forklift licence - essential
- Previous experience in a high-volume food manufacturing and processing
- Familiarity with HACCP Principles
- Physically fit to lift up to 25kg
- Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
