**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Laundry Team Leader is the ‘face' of laundry services at SwanCare. You will have overall responsibility to ensure that the laundry services provided to our residents are of an excellent standard. This involves taking on a regular audit function and assisting residents that are having difficulties with the laundry service.

**Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Delivery of linen services across each Residential Aged Care Facility in line with agreed Trolley Imprest levels.
- Delivery of personal clothing services across each of our residential facilities in line with agreed service schedules.
- Delivery of linen and personal clothing services to Village residents and external clients under a “Fee-for-Service” model.
- Responsive and sensitive to resident and customer information, their needs and requirements.
- Provide a conduit for resident feedback, requests, or complaints with regard to Laundry, or any other service as highlighted by the resident.
- Maintain sufficient PAR level of linens to ensure linen supply is uninterrupted through periods of peak demand and/or other operational challenges.
- Coach, lead, inspire, and empower all Laundry staff in order to attain outstanding service standards for residents and embrace Continuous Improvement.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a commercial laundry operation
- Proven experience leading a team
- Advanced time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Working rights within Australia
- Current Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of Covid 19 Vaccination
