Jack Morton is looking for a passionate Producer to join the production team on a full-time basis for a key account based out of Sydney. The Producer acts as a key member of the production team and works effectively with all key stakeholders, including clients from concept to completion. Accountable for delivering flawless execution across all brand experiences ranging from roadshows to large scale conferences.

**Accountabilities**:
**Event Management**
- Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency
- offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
- Guide the development, writing and presentation of proposals, scopes of work,
- and staffing plans as they relate to events.
- Build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding
- roles and responsibilities, scope, budget & PCNs, schedules and program status/
- action items

**Team Management**
- Working with the team, manage the project process from creative through
- using Jack Morton processes and tools.
- Lead regular team meetings and manage communications between team
- members, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all project deliverables
- Develop talent of junior staff by providing challenging assignments and ongoing
- constructive feedback.

**Budget Management**
- Create project budgets and be responsible for maintaining and managing the
- revenue throughout the project
- Manage/mitigate third party costs and vendor/ freelance talent relationships to
- ensure best available talent and pricing.
- Reconcile costs against budget for your assigned project

**Creative Management**
- Work alongside the strategy and creative team to generate ideas utilising the
- Jack Morton process in an effective manner striving to be titanium
- Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods
- Execute the integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables

**Success Measures**
- Flawless delivery of client commitments
- Positive team climate that inspires others to excel and deliver
- Seen as a valuable leader of program and client teams
- Repeat business with client
- Profitable budget management

**Requirements**:

- Event Management Diploma or equivilant
- 5 plus years of event management experience
- Strong program management, organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results,
- team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and
- professional confidence.
- Strong familiarity and comfort with technology in general, a desire to remain
- of current trends and improvements, and the ability to communicate
