
Admin & Business Support Coordinator

**About us**:

Currently going through a growth phase, we are seeking an experience Administration and Business Support Coordinator to support seamless delivery of all current and future projects and business initiatives to support the commercial side of our growing masthead.
**Key day-to-day for this role will include**:
- Implement streamlined processes to aid in efficiency and effectiveness of communication, record-keeping and tracking of projects
- Manage agency-wide shifts to new software or platforms
- Paywall subscriber management - incoming queries, website backend, POC for digital supplier, including supplier and purchase tracking
- Maintain and monitor plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures
**Key criteria**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- The ability to self-manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
- Work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Possess a consistently high standard of customer service to support the team to reach its goal of ongoing sales growth and profitable business relationships
- Strong initiative
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite including, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a flexible approach and be a strong team player.
- Be a hard-working individual with a fun, down to earth personality.
**Highly desirable**:
- Solid understanding of project management software, with the ability to recommend and implement best practice approaches
- Project Management Certification or Business Degree with Project Management Focus
