Based in the Finance team, you will work with the AR team leader and two other AR assistants to manage the end to end accounts receivables function.

**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Processing Credit Card payments received via phone.
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment with the agreed terms.
- Banking, Allocation & receipting.
- Manage a portfolio of clients on the debtor’s ledger.
- Working effectively as part of the Accounts team.

**Who are you?**
- Personable and professional with 2+ years’ experience working within accounts receivables
- Part-time flexible working hours
- Outstanding phone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a fast paced role, able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong Excel capabilities and confident learning new systems
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and objectivity in all work matters

This position is an initial 8 month contract, however if a strong fit the view is that you may join the team permanently.
