We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our accounting and finance team.

Role:
- Collection of Debts and managing large portfolio of Debtors- Handling inbound and outbound account calls & customer inquiries- Bank Reconciliation, undertaking other finance tasks as required.- Processing and raising of invoices and credit notes- Processing client refunds, credit card payments- Performing credit check- Provide commentary on overdue accounts to assist in the preparation of Aged Debtors' reports.- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience as an AR Officer (0-2 years)- SAP experience is advantageous (but not essential)- Basic MS Excel skills- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills- Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, and motivation.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
