**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical leadership role within the Strategy Division to build a safe environment to nurture and develop team members on Agile values, principles and practices.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Lead agile team members in the planning process to coordinate and sequence activities, clarify understanding of business objectives/priorities, relay business value, and provide leadership as needed.
- Collect, analyse and present data to encourage the maturity and abilities of the team.
- Coach the team on the purpose and importance of Agile ceremonies along with the outcomes to be completed by the team.

This role is available as **full-time, permanent** opportunity.

We are flexible with location provided you can visit our **Brisbane** or **Melbourne** office once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Professional Scrum Master certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org).
- Previous Scrum Master experience.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Business Value Mindset
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proven communication and influencing skills through engagements with a variety of stakeholders and being curious to new ways of thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment and comfortable with change.
- Exceptional facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
