As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating a Agile development team, ensuring they are productive, efficient and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate a collaborative environment to deliver value using Agile principles and methodology.
- Facilitate effective team ceremonies and work well with remote teams.
- Ensure the development team is adhering to Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Remove any obstacles or roadblocks that may impede the team's progress
- Use metrics effectively to motivate teams to continuously increase its performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sprint goals
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Enable technical excellence, devOps, team effectiveness and architecture

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Technical know-how of how to use Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
- Experience with Scrum ceremonies and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in energy or related industry is a plus
