We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and agile practices
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Promote continuous improvement and process optimization
- Ensure transparency and visibility throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders
- Assist in defining and refining user stories and acceptance criteria

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Kanban boards)
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred
- Experience in software development or IT projects is desirable
- Knowledge of agile methodologies beyond Scrum (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is advantageous
