**Who we’re looking for**:
The objective of the Agile Practitioner role is to be a coach, servant leader, facilitator, and principal cheer leader for a maximum of 2 Digital squads.

Your work will include coaching team members on embedding Agile principles into day-to-day practices, proactively eliminating barriers, and facilitating squad delivery on common goals. You will work closely with your squad, Product Owner, Technical Lead and peer Agile Practitioners to support the end-to-end SDLC, foster team self-awareness, encourage cross-training, decisionmaking and continuous improvement at the squad, Agile Practice and organisational levels. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support team delivering new exciting Products.

You are a pragmatic individual who can balance expectations whilst driving positive outcomes for the squad, Agile Practice and the overall organisation. You understand and appreciate the importance of building strong relationships with your stakeholders and you believe the key ingredients to build successful teams are TRUST, INTEGRITY and TRANSPARENCY.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Report on value of squads delivery activities, following reporting standards established within the Agile Practice and Organisation
- Educate and coach Product Owners to identify, prioritise and realise the value contained in the Backlog
- Educate and coach Product Owners to measure the value realised and make it transparent to the squad, Agile Practice and Organisation
- Maintain relevant metrics whilst identifying, tracking and resolving impediments, risks and issues, following the standards and practices established by the Agile Practice and Organisation
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of practices within the squad, Agile Practice and Organisation
- Represent the squad in Scrum of Scrums session and other Tribe relevant sessions; be close and able to talk to squad goals, impediments and overall progress towards deliverables
- Champion Lunch and Learn sessions
- Coach the squad to improve estimation practices, following Agile principles and frameworks
- Experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, SAFe
- Be able to navigate uncertainty and complexity
- Demonstrate resilience and be able to motivate individuals to become resilient
- Demonstrate a growth mindset
- Influence and collaborate with others to drive continuous improvement
- Facilitate key squad and Tribe events such as, daily stand-up, showcases, planning, retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums to ensure full team engagement
- Manage interdependencies between squads and external streams
- Help the squad achieve higher levels of Agile maturity

**You’ll be great in this role if you have**:

- Diploma/ Certificate - Agile Qualified (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
- 2-5+ years’ experience as an Agile practitioner, Scrum Master, Coach
- Strong Agile experience and an advocate for Agile methodologies
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence for agile development
- Very strong understanding of digital/web and mobile development
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Creative, innovative, proactive and convincing in terms of finding solutions
- A thorough understanding of Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban & SAFe
- Ability to effectively lead teams in a manner which is consistent with agile principles & values
- Understanding of core change management principles

**Desirable skills**:

- PROSCI
- Jira Align
- Miro
- Working in a continuous DevOps environment
- Experience working in an environment with a high workload and competing priorities
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer experience (CX) first environment
- eCommerce domain
- Understanding & knowledge of PROSCI / Change management principles
