Required Skills And Competencies

  • Proven Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead, facilitating ceremonies and supporting multiple squads in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), with ability to coach and mentor teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled at removing impediments and fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships across technical and business areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery in fast-paced programs.
  • Proficient in Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) for backlog management, reporting, and transparency.
  • Experienced in applying Agile approaches within governed enterprise platforms, balancing flexibility with compliance and quality.
