Project and Change Communications Specialist

Initial 12-month fixed term contract paying up to $156k p.a

Our client, a national organisation within the aviation sector, are currently seeking a Project & Change Communications Specialist for an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

**Primary Purpose of Position**:
As the **Project** **and Change Communications Specialist,** you will design, develop and implement communication and engagement plans to support one of this organisations strategic transformation programs This program is focused on delivering end-to-end business improvements and digitisation across our support services teams which in turn will drive benefits and outcomes for our entire organisation. You will work within the project team to provide expert change communication and engagement advice to ensure consistency and a coordinated approach to project communications. This is a hands-on role, requiring excellent communications skills and knowledge. You will work closely with the Communications team to ensure alignment of all communications and messaging across our Change Portfolio.

- Must be digitally proficient and be able to use tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Canva, video production (basic level) newsletters, SharePoint etc.

**Accountabilities and responsibilities include**:

- Lead the design, development and implementation of strategic communication and engagement plans and activities to drive key stakeholder engagement for a strategic change program.
- Write, edit and distribute communication materials associated with the communications and engagement requirements
- Develop and oversee sequenced, leader-led, top down/bottom up communication processes to ensure all audiences are informed and engaged regarding business projects, programs and initiatives.
- Procure services to design and develop communications materials.
- As required, manage internal group communications activities in alignment with overarching business narrative and activities.
- Ensure communications and engagement approach is in line with the corporate communications project approach and strategy
