Join a new project as a Change (Communication and Training) Specialist where you will be accountable for the undertaking, coordination, and support of communications, organisational change, and training to secure benefits realisation for the project.

**Role**:

- You will provide change discipline to the project including establishment and execution of change-related tools, templates, and processes as well as oversight of performance to ensure all key initiatives have appropriate and high-quality change support.
- You will lead the change strategy and rollout campaign for the project including accountability for the execution of the change, communications, and training elements of the project.
- Lead the change management planning and development process to support the implementation of a new software platform

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in working with a recognized change management model - i.e. Lewin’s, McKinsey 7-S, Kotter’s theory, Prosci ADKAR etc.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing change and training programs across a large, geographically dispersed organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in working on large transformational programs of work including those with implications of organisational development and design changes.
- Well-developed influencing and advocacy skills to manage stakeholder expectations and engagement in change initiatives.
