We are currently recruiting for a Change Management Specialist for one of the biggest Energy generators and distributors in Queensland.

About the job:

- Part time hours only (30-35 hours per week)
- Brisbane CBD
- 12 Month Contract
- Open to Market Rates

Key responsibilities:

- Work with Suppliers, Project Managers and Change Leaders to successfully implement OCM plans
- Support Change Leaders as they monitor and respond to employee queries and concerns.
- Ensuring all OCM activities developed by internal and Supplier-delivered projects and other ICT initiatives are integrated and consistent.
- Ensure successfully implemented plans lead the sustainable realisation of benefits.
- Supporting organisational change activities required to deliver the benefits arising from project outcomes.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies and plans to support ICT initiatives.

Key requirements:

- Knowledge and experience of OCM methodologies, strategies, plans and activities to support organization-wide changes.
- Minimum five years organisational change experience - preferably for business system projects and programs.
- Experience in contributing to a multi-faceted project team, including providing organisational change advice where required.
- Minimum five years’ communication experience delivering internal communication strategies - preferably for Information and Communication Technology programs.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing a broad cross section of individuals within a regionally based organization.
