We are on the hunt for an experienced PPC & SEM Specialist (Google, YouTube, FB/Instagram & LinkedIn) to join our team.

We are on the hunt for an experienced PPC specialist (Google, YouTube, FB/ Instagram & LinkedIn) who is ready to take ownership of all things digital. You’re a self-starter, passionate about what you do and obsessed with attention to detail. You get excited about clients, you’re not afraid to challenge the norm, work closely with others and on your own, and you thrive on getting nothing but the best results.
- 2+ years’ experience
- Proven expertise in planning, executing & managing successful digital campaigns
- Experience in PPC & SEM campaign planning & execution
- Live & breathe campaign optimisation and know how to maximise results from creative ads & landing pages to improve outcomes including strong ROI & ROAS
- A pro at Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager inside out
- Create effective sales funnels and audiences (including look-a-like audiences)
- Proven experience developing solid digital strategies based on existing campaign data and ongoing competitor analyses
- Are a superstar at interpreting data and providing a clear and concise report that is easy for the client to understand
- Can build & maintain individualised analytics dashboards (Google Data Studio, Agency Analytics, etc)

**What your day looks like**:

- Setup, maintain and optimise a range of PPC and SEM ad campaigns for clients in different industries (no two days are the same)
- Help develop solid digital strategies based on existing campaign data and ongoing competitor analyses
- Interpret data to create clear and concise campaign and monthly reports that are easy for the client to understand
- Build & maintain useful analytics dashboards (Google Data Studio, Agency Analytics, etc)
- Contribute to digital strategy workshops, creative briefing sessions and client meetings (alongside an Account Manager / Strategist)
- Keep your mind and skills sharp by staying up to date with the latest trends and digital capabilities
