Senior Media Trader

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute media strategies across various channels and platforms to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with clients to create tailored campaign briefs, responses, and channel strategies that align with their goals.
  • Oversight of campaign setup and trading across all platforms, including data analysis and trend monitoring to enhance overall performance and meet client KPIs.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of executives and assistants, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth.
  • Deliver in-depth insights, commentary, and recommendations on campaign health and strategy.
  • Explore new opportunities and beta tests across clients, providing meaningful insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish strong relationships with media partners, internal stakeholders, auditors, and relevant clients.
  • Pursue strategic investment opportunities that align with client objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position within digital activation or biddable.
  • Familiarity with tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta.
  • Detailed understanding of competitive advantages of media owners and technology vendors.
  • Experience managing small teams and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
