Hawksworth is proud to partner with a boutique agency searching for their first Social Media Lead/Specialist.

**About The Role**:
YOU will join an established team of Digital Marketers focusing on their client's paid social performance. This agency is focused on quality over quantity, so you will only be responsible for working on up to 10 brands simultaneously. As a Social Media Specialist, you will work closely with the broader team on strategy for social accounts while taking ownership of implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement paid social strategy for up to 20 clients (only working with 10 clients at a time).
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on business goals and outcomes.
- Report on your client's results and make suggestions for improvement.
- Manage client expectations and ongoing projects.
- Manage various client budgets up to 40k per month (depending on the client).

**Key Experience Required**:

- Previous experience implementing paid social campaigns is a MUST.
- Experience with B2B or B2C brands.
- Minimum of 2+ years of implementation experience.
- Prior experience developing paid social strategy while making ongoing adjustments to see the best result.
- Experience managing paid social budgets.
