Job Title: Social Media Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and engage with our vibrant community of music lovers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, aligning with our brand's voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and mentions on social media, building and nurturing a positive online community.
  • Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, generating reports on metrics like engagement, reach, and website clicks.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Research and implement social media trends and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure our online presence remains fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the music or education industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for music and community building.
