**OVERVIEW**:
We are looking for people with experience buying and optimizing digital ads across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok or native ads? You would be responsible to set up both ecommerce and lead generation campaigns and you will work closely with marketing to develop targeted audience segments, craft compelling ad copy and creative, and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop, build and execute digital advertising campaigns for ecommerce and lead generation
- Track campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, cost per click, and conversion rates to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Based on their analysis, the media buyer must optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, creative, bidding, and other factors to improve performance
- Buy media within the budget set
- Follow and be aware of the latest digital advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure that campaigns are using the most effective strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with other teams, such as creative, legal and compliance, analytics, and marketing, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with overall company goals and strategies
- Work with senior media buyers to ensure they have enough campaigns to run at scale

SKILLS
- 2+ years of buying on any of the major platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and publishers/ad networks
- Certifications in any of the major platforms a plus
- Proven analytical skills and understanding on setting up A B tests
- Demostratable strategic skills for campaign management
- Ability to develop creative ad copy and strategies that stand out from the competition
- Familiarity with advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Ability to adapt to changes in the advertising landscape, such as new platform updates or algorithm changes
