Client

Our client is a Brisbane based creative agency that works with some Australia's leading brands in the retail space. They are now looking to hire an experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join their team.

Scope of Work

As Social Media & Content Specialist, you will be working across a range of clients, social media tools to create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms. You will plan and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement, and manage daily activity across platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

Successful Applicants

You will have up to 2-3 years experience in an agency environment where you have been widely exposed and have knowledge in the following:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent content creation skills (writing, graphics, video editing)
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to optimise performance
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
  • Strong communication and community engagement skills
  • Familiarity with paid advertising and campaign management
  • Creativity and ability to stay updated with trends
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently
