Bis are looking for a reliable person with a solid commitment to working safely, are driven to achieve and enjoy contributing to our team’s success. This is a varied role, reporting to the Supply Superintendent, you will perform a variety of duties including purchasing administration activities, reconciling invoices and data entry enabling and supporting our work alongside the Supply Chain team.

**Key Responsibilities for this role include**:
- Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm;
- Providing a high level of administrative support to our underground coal services supply team.
- Perform warehouse stock management duties, including cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Updating, raising, and receipting of purchase orders, along with performing queries on unmatched invoices & purchase orders.
- Liaising with a variety of suppliers across different industries.
- Facilitate vendor managed consumables
- Reconciling invoices in Oracle (JDE) against goods/services rendered by suppliers.
- Assist in processing stock returns and transfers as required.
- Communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Perform any other general ad-hoc supply chain duties as required.
**The successful applicant will possess the following**:
- Current Australian Driving License.
- Cert III Business Administration or equivalent
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Meticulous level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisation/time management skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills
- Underground mining machine knowledge an advantage
- Previous exposure to a workshop environment will be highly regarded.
