**The role**
You will be responsible for supervising, managing and monitoring individual jobs for the builder account allocated to you. Your proactive approach will ensure great communication and a smooth operational process between Lovelight and the builder.
You will develop a business relationship with the suppliers of the business to enable appropriate coordination of deliverance of products. Besides that you will action daily reports and invoices and review back charges.
We will teach you everything, but you will need to be very organised and enjoy getting things done The role is very data entry focussed, and includes building a relationship with your builder, our suppliers, installers & customer service.
**Experience / Skills**
- Background in admin and / or customer service
- You can work autonomously but enjoy having your team members around
- You can absorb new information quickly
- you're proactive and organised and want to make things happen
- You're be open to feedback and always want to know more
