**YOUR SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES**

To be a perfect fit for this role you will have:

- Strong administrative & reporting skills, accuracy and attention to detail - you thrive on supporting people and have the eye to pick things up
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, in particular, you will have an exceptional phone manner - you’re not afraid of the phone and are very proud of your engaging phone voice
- Ability to organise and prioritise with a logical and methodical approach - you love the juggling of multiple tasks, however, can be very organised in that juggling
- A Remarkable attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour - people can’t help but enjoy every interaction with you
- Ability to work proactively and get the job done - you love ticking things off your list and making stuff happen
- Ability to think big and make independent decisions - you’re a problem solver and can think outside the box
- Initiative and ability to work proactively with mínimal supervision - Initiative, initiative and add more initiative will make you successful in this role
- You have a deep love for Microsoft Excel and have a thirst for continued learning about it’s capability
- Experience in a similar role - we’re really looking for someone to hit the ground running and has some experience behind them

**YOUR ROLE**
- Ensuring a remarkable team and client experience in the delivery of your work
- Being the ‘go-to person’ to pull together reports & information for our team & clients
- Answering calls and greeting clients in a positive and helpful manner
- Supporting the organisation and coordination of team and client meetings
- Utilising a range of different of different software & systems - Microsoft Excel, Salesforce & Asana
- Providing data entry support for systems and processes
- Building effective working relationships across the business
- Reviewing reports and documents to ensure accurate formatting, grammar & data
- Ensuring processes are streamlined and efficient
