**The Company**
Our client, a growing building company is looking for a Claims Administrator to join their close-knit team that want to make a difference to their company and customers.

**The role**
As the Claims Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing new claims, arrange estimators and submit quotes
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying needs & providi customer service improvements
- Assist operations manager with scheduling and understand projected workflow and customer availability
- Creation and processing of requests, purchase orders and invoicing with close attention to detail, and track project progress
- Contracts Management
- Processing orders and invoices all ad hoc administration required

**You**
You will have a solid knowledge of claims management process (in any capacity) A driven and motivated individual you wil have a willingness and passion to be a part of a small and growing team, getting involved in all areas of the business.
