**Full Job Description**:
**Permanent, full-time, M - F, 9 am - 5 pm**
**Location**: South Melbourne office preferred; hybrid model available
**Salary**: $80k base + super + lucrative commissions

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, proactive follow-ups, and clear, transparent communication.
- Build trust and rapport with clients to deeply understand their needs and ensure solutions are tailored to meet their goals.
- Drive aggressive sales initiatives by effectively presenting our products and services, emphasizing the value they deliver in the healthcare industry.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
- Create and deliver persuasive, data-driven sales proposals, pitches, and presentations that highlight the unique advantages of our SaaS and technology solutions.
- Lead negotiations, draft contracts, and close deals, ensuring optimal terms for both clients and the company.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to identify key target markets and align on sales strategies.
- Promote the unique features and benefits of our SaaS platform and technology solutions, showcasing how they specifically address the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the healthcare sector.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on SaaS, technology, or healthcare-related solutions.
- Prior experience in a consultancy or advisory role is highly preferred, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated success in both B2B and B2C sales environments, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in client relationship management, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and opportunity identification.
- Relevant business or sales-related qualifications are a plus (e.g., business administration, marketing, or technology).
- A passion for technology and a deep understanding of how SaaS and tech solutions can drive business growth, particularly in the healthcare sector.
