**Who you are working for**:
In this position you will be working for us, Intellistrata, a cutting edge property-tech company providing novel and progressive solutions to the strata industry across Australia.

We manage operations for thousands of apartments, townhouses and other strata properties across Australia and have been doing so for 5+ years.

We aim to improve the lives of people living in strata properties, through technological advancement and streamlining processes for strata management

**Role details**:
Due to growth we are seeking Sales Assistants, to help facilitate on-boarding of new clients and our new software offerings. You will be reporting to a friendly, motivated and genuine manager, a Director of the Business and Head of Sales, a person with 6+ years experience in similar roles, who has trained high performing sales people prior.

In this position, you will ideally be working full time, Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm (hours can be slightly flexible).

We have professional, ultra modern, high quality & clean office space at 31 Queen St, Melbourne CBD. Laptop, phone, monitor and equipment provided for you. Ready for you to go into the job and start generating business.

There is huge future potential and career progression as we continue to scale the software side of our business into international markets in years to come. We currently operate in VIC, NSW, QLD, WA & SA.

**Your day to day duties will be;**
- Helping on-board and transition strata management companies onto our strata management software platform (training on our software provided)
- Customer service, answering and directing inquiries
- Sales, consultative calls, organising software demos (SaaS sales) as required (product training is provided)
- Entering notes into our Sales CRM
- Other duties as required

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
