**About Roumotely**

**Roumotely** is a Melbourne-based PropTech company transforming the way Australian real estate agencies conduct their routine property inspections. Our remote inspection platform helps property managers save time, streamline operations, and improve tenant engagement all without ever stepping foot on-site.

This is a **B2B SaaS account acquisition role** selling a digital platform to real estate agencies.

**About the Role**

As an **Account Representative**, your role is to grow Roumotely’s customer base by engaging real estate agencies and introducing them to our inspection software. This is a **performance-based, commission-only role** with uncapped earning potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Cold calling and prospecting** real estate and property management agencies
- **Booking appointments** with agency decision-makers (typically property managers or directors)
- **Meeting clients** in person (preferred) or virtually to present and demo the Roumotely platform
- **Managing the sales pipeline** and following up to close the deal
- **Earning commissions** for every agency that signs up

**Who We’re Looking For**

You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, or follow up with a hot lead. Ideally, you:

- Have experience in **B2B sales, account management, or customer acquisition**:

- Understand or have dealt with the **real estate industry** (property management especially)
- Are confident in presenting tech tools in a simple, engaging way
- Work independently and thrive on performance-based results
- Have a reliable car and driver’s licence (preferred for in-person meetings)
