**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and

effective communication.
- Build rapport to ensure client needs are met.
- Aggressive approach in product and service selling and value offering.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential

clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales

initiatives.
- Actively promote the features and benefits of our SaaS and tech platform, demonstrating

its value to prospective clients.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the Early Childhood education experience in a consultancy business is preferred.
- Strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Exceptional client relationship management and ability to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant business-related qualifications are highly regarded.
- A passion for sales and understanding how it can drive business growth.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
