We are a dynamic Australian wholesaler, that operate and sell an impressive range of well-known and respected brands through specialty and grocery channels within Australia and overseas.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role will be responsible to provide Support to the sales team. To be successful you will display a high level of organisation and strong analytical skills, coupled with proficient communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to report on key information. You will be customer centric (internal and external), with strong time management, problem solving skills and a passionate and driven attitude for your role.

**The Role**
- Sales reporting and analysis
- Liaison between Sales and Marketing Initiatives
- Support for Key Projects
- Analysis on business cases and post analysis on key project return on investment
- Provide support to the National Account Team & Field Sales Management Team
- Assist with Category reviews
- Management of Sales Force platform inputs via Brand and Sales team
- Develop strong relationships with internal & external customers
- Assist with the execution of all sales activity including management of field resources and new lines launches
- Co-ordination between Sales & Marketing delivering field execution communications
- Track and report against trade expenditure
- Promotional and Product Development submissions supporting Senior Sales Team
**Experience & Attributes Require**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various customer groups
- Confidence in your reporting and analysis to provide recommendations on the data captured
- Proven experience using Aztec programs and systems performing analysis and report creation
- Organisation skills with the ability to prioritise multiple requests in a timely manner
- Proven track record in sales support
- Be highly motivated, organised and experienced at managing multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of the Grocery industry including retailer submission processes and online portals
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service
- Possess a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Be able to develop and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders
