Our client is a successful Australian-owned manufacturer and leading infection prevention and control innovator. With a rich history dating back to 1933, they have been at the forefront of cutting-edge research and development in this critical area.

**About the Role**:
They seek a talented National Sales Manager to lead their Infection Prevention Sales Team. This pivotal role will be critical to the company's success in achieving its growth goals. As the National Sales Manager, you will inspire, support, and train your team. You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding the client base, many of whom have significant growth potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Sales Team.
- Inspire, support, and train the sales team.
- Maintain and expand key national accounts.
- Visit customers across the country.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing a sales team
- Able to win new business and grow those accounts
- High energy and driven individual
- Understanding of the medical sales channel
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain and expand vital national accounts.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary base of $130K - $150K + Car allowance of $22K
- Commission of 40% of base salary
