Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our national sales team and drive revenue growth across our portfolio of properties. As a senior leadership position, this role is responsible for overseeing sales across all managed properties, driving business growth, and achieving budget revenue expectations.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in hotel or hospitality sales management at a senior level, with a proven track record of managing national accounts and leading sales campaigns across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow corporate, MICE, leisure, wholesale, and inbound sales segments across all properties
  • Drive new business development and secure strategic sales opportunities for regional and metro properties
  • Develop, implement, and monitor property and group-wide sales plans aligned to revenue targets
  • Work closely with property General Managers and sales staff to support localised initiatives and provide guidance

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to travel regularly to support properties and attend industry events.

They will also have a deep understanding of sales data, CRM systems, and hotel performance metrics, as well as experience developing training tools, SOPs, and scalable support models.
