- **Your Role**:_

As the Casual Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing the brand values towards your customers and collaborate with your team to achieve KPI goals, build relationships, and influence customer brand loyalty. Ability to upsell and style customers for their adventure needs.
- **Your Purpose**:_
- Provide excellent customer service and offer support with product selection, special offers, and product enquiries.
- Provide operational support to the store management team by assisting with store opening and closing routines.
- Work closely with the store management team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
- Be on top of store presentation and cleanliness; refilling and garment care.
- Support with maintaining visual merchandising standards set by the store management team and Support Office.
- Support efficient inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.
- Keep up to date with the latest product range and share it with your team and customers.
- **To be successful for this role**:_
- 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer-centric approach
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
- Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment
- Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Extensive availability to work especially during peak period of trade
- Full Australian working rights
