National Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to spearhead our national sales efforts.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our national sales teams, driving strategic growth through broker network and key aggregator partnerships, and building profitable relationships with mortgage managers, dealerships, and white label partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate national sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Broker Network Development: Foster strong relationships with brokers, aggregators, and other industry partners to increase market share.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mortgage managers, dealerships, and white label partners.
- Proven track record in business development and sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage broking and lending industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong vision, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry are essential requirements for this role.
