**About the role**:
As an Online Trade Specialist you will work to track and analyse Coles online sales performance, including Traffic, Conversion & AOV. You will also develop digital offer insight reporting, including both commercial & customer metrics.

Additionally, you will:

- Identify opportunities to optimise results through actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work cross functionally to optimise online sales, developing actionable insights to drive eCommerce Revenue & Customer Experience.
- Support the Online Trading Manager with commercial modelling of offers & promotions.
- Assist in managing the trade plan process including data inputs and PIRs.
- Work closely with the Customer & Personalisation teams to setup & manage offer audiences.
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, annual trade planning documents.

**About you and your skills**:

- 3+ years in an analytical or commercially focused role.
- 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce / online trading environment.
- Experience with analysing promotions and promotional effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as well as BI tools (Adobe, PowerBI and Snowflake)
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Mathematics or Computer Science.
- Naturally curious and willing to learn new concepts.
- Ability to think critically and problem solve.
- Commercially aware and business focussed.
- Excellent written communication.
- Ability to work through complex problems & clearly articulate solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong planning, organization, project management & time management skills.
