As Account Manager, you will join leaders in identifying value in what others see as waste. With this rewarding sales career, you will implement and contribute strategies aligned with sustainable operational excellence and best practice standards.

**Key Duties**:

- Identifying growth opportunities within your territory in collaboration with management to ensure growth attainment.
- Building strong, customer driven relationships as the lead point of contact to all matters specific to customer needs.
- Keeping relevant and up to date to all customer activities whilst providing a timely delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives.
- Creating and presenting business proposals for new and existing opportunities.
- Generating profitable sales by providing vital technical and nutritional information to all customers and advisors.
- Demonstrating proven negotiation skills resulting in closure of sale.

**Your skills and experience**
- 3+ years of Account Management experience in an on-farm sales role (Technical product or stock feed sales preferred)
- A Dairy background or Dairy market experience (an advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as within a strong team environment
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Proven relationship building skills with a strong customer focus
- Proactiveness and initiative with a “can do attitude”
- Positive attitude with a result driven focus
