About the role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join Bio Gro’s Agriculture Team in the South East, reporting to the Agriculture Sales Manager. This role provides support to the agriculture team in South Australia and Victoria, assisting with customer engagement, sales initiatives, and research and development activities. You will work closely with growers, distributors, and internal teams to drive growth and innovation across key agricultural regions.

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with growers, distributors, and industry partners across South Australia and Victoria, serving as a primary contact for Bio Gro’s Agricultural division.
- Promote and sell Bio Gro’s range of organic compost mineral blends, soils, mulches, and liquid stimulants across existing and new agricultural regions, tailoring solutions to meet unique needs for individual customers.
- Support research and development initiatives by coordinating and assisting with internal and external field trials, helping to evaluate and refine new products and solutions.
- Provide expert product education and support to help customers achieve optimal results from Bio Gro products.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets, budgets, and OKRs, with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through data tracking, trend analysis, and consistent professional follow-up.

- Previous experience in sales or a related industry (essential).
- Qualifications in Agricultural Science, Business, or a related field.
