We are service focused, and provide support from initial project consultation & implementation, logistics, floor preparation and of course, installation.

About the Position

The Account Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and building relationships with Citrus Commercial Group’s (CCG) Aged Care clients. The Account Manager will be across room replacements, refurbishments and major works for all facilities as well as looking for new business opportunities. This role will require regular site visits to work with the clients and suppliers for material selection, and new processes and procedures will need to be created for stock management. The Account Manager will be motivated and extremely helpful to ensure our clients are looked after and projects are managed effortlessly.

Key accountabilities

- Develop and establish a thorough understanding of CCG and our Client needs. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Company products and services and maintain contact with clients and uphold company image.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions to estimate and establish clients’ needs and goals.
- Compile, construct and submit quotations and tenders.
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines / standards are maintained.
- Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.

About You

- Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to work within a cohesive team
- Experience working within a similar position with strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and without supervision and problem solve without affecting the project deadlines.
- Ability to influence with persistence, strategic planning, and diplomacy
- Ability to provide your drivers licence, right to work in Australia and National Police Check.
