Are you an accounts-focused administrator looking to develop your career? Established in 2011, our client is a family-owned and operated business in Bendigo that sells and distributes first-aid and medical supplies throughout Australia. They are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to assist in various aspects of the business.
**The Role**:
Working alongside the management team you will be responsible for assisting with accounts duties and undertaking general administration tasks not limited to marketing. Additionally.
- Support the accounts payable and the accounts receivable function, in addition to Xero reconciliation and purchase orders.
- Create and maintain customer accounts; prepare and send invoices where required.
- Support the marketing function, basic design editing and social media activities.
- Ad-hoc administration duties as directed.
